Vistara Airlines, the leading airline in India, sought to enhance their in-flight customer experience by creating a unique auditory environment for their passengers. The goal was to create two cohesive, independent, yet connected, 35-minute contemporary Indian fusiontracks (for boarding and landing) that captured select Vistara branding elements across. The key challenge lay in developing a track that is meant to be non-intrusive yet capture the imagination of the average customer.

Our team crafted two unique soundtracks, each harmonized with Vistara Airlines' brand elements:

• Research & Design: Conducted in-depth research on Vistara's brand identity and passenger preferences to influence the soundscapes.

• Composition: Curated soundscapes that enhance the listener’s moods by instilling a sense of calm and tranquillity, subtly accentuated by opportune dynamic changesand the familiar recurring Vistara musical logo to delicately imprint a sense of purposive resolution.

• Tech Integration: Ensured seamless integration of the tracks with the aircraft's audio system, maintaining optimal sound quality and passenger comfort through rigorous testing.

• Collaboration: Worked closely with Vistara’s marketing and customer experience teams to refine the tracks, ensuring they aligned with the airline's brand values and enhanced the overall in-flight experience.
